After uninstalling the app, your location and store data are retained for 48 hours. After this period, all data is permanently deleted from our database, and it cannot be recovered.
Store Junction does not collect personal information beyond what is necessary for its functionality. Therefore, there are no specific privacy preferences to update within the app.

Related to Store Locators
The Store Locators CRUD operation is a way to create, read, update, and delete store locator data. This includes the name, email, contact number, fax number, full address etc.. with landmark, zip code, city, state, country, latitude, and longitude of each store.
The three types of statuses for store locators are:

Published: The store locator is visible and active.

Pending: The store locator is not visible or active. It is awaiting approval before it can be published.

Archived: The store locator is not visible or active. It has been archived due to plan limitation reached.

To create a new store locator, please visit our dashboard and click on the "Manage Store Locator" button and then click on "Add New Store" button.
You will be asked to enter the following information:
  • Name
  • Email
  • Contact number
  • Fax number
  • Full address with landmark
  • Zip code
  • City
  • State
  • Country
  • Latitude
  • Longitude
Once you have entered all of the required information, click on the "Save" button to save the information about store locator.
To modify an existing store location on your website, go to the "Store Locator" section and select "Edit" under the "Action" option for the specific location you want to change.
Now edit your data and click on the "Update" button to update the information about store locator.

To select multiple store locators to delete, click on the checkbox next to each store locator that you want to delete. Once you have selected all of the store locators that you want to delete, click on the "Delete Selected" button.
Related to Archived Store Locators
Archived store locators are hidden and inaccessible due to plan limitations. To unlock them and access them, you need to upgrade your plan.
Yes, you can archive store locators that are currently exist. This will make them invisible and inaccessible to the public. However, you will still be able to view them from the Store Locators tab or "dashboard".
If you downgrade your plan, your archived store locators will be locked again and become inaccessible. To access them again, you will need to upgrade your plan.
To upgrade your plan, please visit our dashboard and click on the "Upgrade Plan" button. You will be able to choose from a variety of plans that best meet your needs.
When you upgrade your plan, your archived store locators will be automatically unlocked and made accessible. You will be able to view, edit, and delete them as needed.
Archived store locators stay archived until you upgrade your plan or change status of them. There is no time limit on how long they can be archived.
